We recently participated in a Careers fair held at Bilborough College for students aged 16 to 18 looking for advice and help with practical skills such as interview techniques and CV writing tips. It’s always refreshing and interesting to engage with the young professionals of tomorrow and listen to the challenges they face at this stage of planning their future careers. This year we were encouraged to see that so many already have work experience having actively sought employment to fit around their studies.
