What we do

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be:

  • Office based in Watnall NG16
  • Structured in your recruitment process
  • Motivated by carving out a career and earning substantial monthly commission
  • Able to demonstrate a consistent track record in your current marketplace
  • Meeting daily / weekly / monthly targets

The Candidate

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience including business development / sales
  • Good level of qualifications – must demonstrate a high level of intelligence
  • Dedicated, hard working and ambitious
  • Have the ability to establish and build long lasting relationships
  • The aptitude to learn and willingness to become the best within their specific recruiting market
  • Experienced in working to revenue targets and the ability to demonstrate a consistent track record
