SOLOS Consultants have been members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) since the company was established in 2003.
In order to maintain and promote the only the highest level of compliance and professional standards by its members the REC introduced a compulsory compliance test in July 2012. All members have to successfully complete the test with a minimum 80% pass rate to demonstrate adherence to the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.
in 2015 193 recruitment businesses were denied membership for failing to meet the required standards.
SOLOS recently completed the test and achieved a 98% pass mark which we’re delighted with.
