Our expanding and busy Blue Chip client is looking to recruit a Network Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be part of a busy and collaborative team and will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of network incidents for customers
- Leading the resolution of incidents
- Identifying ways of improvement across the network
- Ensure the delivery and technical support of products, tools and services
- Lead the delivery of small/medium sized technical projects
- Contribute to IT documentation.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Cisco Routing and Switching
- Security appliances such as Palo Alto or Checkpoint Firewalls
- Systems Management technologies such as SolarWinds
- Cloud base Internet proxy solutions (zScaler)
- Load Balancers (Alteon, Netscaler) and WAN Optimisers (Riverbed)
- Industry certifications would be highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication, team work and organisational skills
- ITIL based environment
- Ideally experience in a large scale business environment
Please note:
- Hybrid working (office and remote)
- Shifts: 0800–1630, 0900-1730 and 1530-0000 (15% salary uplift for this shift) 1 in 7 weeks you do this shift
- On call – 1 week in every 2 months (Monday – Monday) – Payment for being on call
In return the client is offering:
- £38,000 per annum
- 10% bonus paid in Dec of each year
