Job Summary
We are looking for aspiring and enthusiastic individuals to join the Facilities Management Division of our clients Resources team.
You’ll be a key part of the team responsible for supporting various divisions of our clients portfolio.
The role is to support the Contracts and Operations FM in our clients Next gen project which involves the re-procurement of selected services. Responsible for chairing meetings with Service leads. We encourage knowledge of a sustainability proactive approach. Supporting service leads.

Purpose of the Job
To support the Contracts and Operations Facilities Manager to deliver a range of professional services in the development and delivery of the clients arrangements as part of the Corporate Landlord Model. As a Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for the assisting in management of services and processes that support the core business of the organisation. You'll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities while also taking into effect the public.
Requirements
The post holder will be managing a diverse field with a range of responsibilities which will span both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings, premises and services managed on a site level.
You will be highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing effective support to the Contracts and Operations FM, site visits throughout Hertfordshire, data analyse to ensure we capture and develop our defined requirements.
A driving licence is a pre-requisite for the role.
