Our Global and Award Winning client is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst on a permanent basis.
Your key role will be to provide deskside and remote support to a large user base of internal employees across the UK and overseas dealing with a wide range of IT issues. You will be responsible for fault diagnosis and resolution as well as dealing with any service requests. You will also complete IT office moves, liaise with 3rd party suppliers and troubleshoot a wide range of applications, systems and desktop solutions.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 2nd line desktop and deskside support experience in a corporate based environment
- Windows 7 and 10
- Mobile Device Management such as Mobile Iron
- End User Devices such as laptops, iPads, iPhones
- Active Directory
- Exchange Administration
- Service Management Tools
- PC and Laptop Hardware
- Patch Management
- Remote Support Tools
You will also have worked in a ITIL based environment and ideally be ITIL Certified.
It would also be advantageous to be Microsoft Certified or have past experience working in a Financial or Banking Organisation.
