Our client is actively recruiting for a Welsh speaking, Service Desk Analyst to join a large IT services company, in the Yorkshire area.
The successful candidate must speak fluent Welsh in order to liaise with staff and customers over the phone (written welsh not needed). You must be able to effectively work on a busy helpdesk fielding calls and offering 1st line support on a daily basis. You should be able to communicate well with people on all levels, interpret the issues in order to resolve first hand, raise and close completed tickets and escalate issues to high tiers when needed.
Please note candidates who don’t speak fluent welsh will not be considered for this role- it is vital candidates can communication effectively.
