Our client is currently recruiting for a Systems Support Engineer to join a large company based in Kettering.
As the post holder, you will be responsible for handling all live issues and customer expectations over the phone via the 24/7 hotline. The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical support background and be comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis. You will need to be able to manage the escalation procedure and be able to make maintenance recommendations based on the calls. You will be needed to support any enhancements and advise your internal and external customers of any issues or upgrades which need to take place.
The nature of the business is logistics and warehouse management so candidates who have worked in a technical support role, in this environment would be particularly of interest.
