Our client are looking for a temporary Risk Manager, for a period of three months initially and are offering a competitive package for the right person.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping move the organisation risk management arrangements forward given that current processes need improvement and embedding into more core, specific business processes as well as being rolled out in to the way the organisation works.
You will also be responsible for dealing with...
• Launching and rolling out any new requirements to managers and team
members across the organisation
• Working with different teams in the organisation to embed further the
planning and decision making processes
• Using/maintaining the CRR (Corporate Risk Register) and using it to
good affect by putting it to use as a management tool, better aligning it
as well as using it following the identification and escalation of risks.
• Helping facilitate training/workshops with management teams in order
to help the business process.
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong risk management background and be able to advise management across a big organisation including multiple departments. They will therefore need to have excellent interpersonal /communication skills as the role will be around challenging current procedures/policies and debating the best method of moving forward for the organisation as a whole.
