We are currently recruiting for a Service desk analyst for our well established client on their busy service desk/shared service centre
This is a permanent position with strong progression.
You will be providing high quality IT support whilst Logging, diagnosing, resolving and escalating incidents.
Our client has a very similar set up to a IT Service Provider.
This role is working in their IT Support Team providing remote support to users across their sites. Technologies including Windows 7-10, MS Office App, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware and Networks, etc. They are also currently implementing Office 365 across some of their sites.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have Windows Desktop OS to Windows 10 and ideally some Office 365 experience.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Apps
- Active Directory experience
- Experience working to SLAs
- Experience in an ITIL environment (desirable)
- Be happy to work shifts from 7:00-22:00 (15% shift allowance for late shift)

£23,000 starting salary
Shifts are Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm. When working the shift 10pm they get a 15% uplift for that week
