We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-ordinator role for our public sector client.
The role is for 3 months initially with opportunity for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a new environment within the public sector, whilst also taking the next step into their career.
The successful candidate will be providing administration support in relation to the recruitment process.
·Manage all candidate and manager communications throughout the recruitment, on and off-boarding process
·Monitor and track the progress of vacancies through our applicant tracking system
·Able to deal with customers to a high standard
·Monitor any data input, deadlines and document returns within agreed SLA’s
·Understanding confidentially & data protection
·Ability to assist in fulfilling new procedures
·Good verbal and written communication skills
·Excellent Excel skills
·Previous experience within Recruitment or Human Resources but not essential
·Good knowledge of using Outlook/Excel
·Good interpersonal skills
·Organised and methodical
·Be customer focused
